At Navigate School of Real Estate, we are committed to providing a valuable and effective educational experience. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we offer the following refund policy:
1. Pre-Licensing Course Refunds
- Refunds are available if requested within 7 calendar days of enrollment AND prior to completing 25% of the course content.
- No refunds will be issued after accessing more than 25% of the course, or 7 days past enrollment—whichever comes first.
2. Post-Licensing and CE Course Refunds
- These courses are non-refundable once access has been granted or class attendance begins.
3. Live Class Cancellations
- If Navigate cancels a scheduled live or virtual class for any reason, students will be offered a full refund or an opportunity to transfer to a future class at no additional cost.
4. Transfers
- Students may request a one-time transfer to a future class of the same type within 30 days of enrollment. Additional fees may apply if course pricing has changed.
5. How to Request a Refund
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [Insert Email Address]. Please include your full name, course name, and reason for the request.
6. Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
